Steve Walker, our lead designer, has decided to help raise some money from his interest in cycling by riding 5,000 miles in 2022 to help fund the great work of the The Children’s Society charity.
When he’s not designing products in the office or tinkering with gadgets at home Steve can often be seen riding one of his many bikes around Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire and will think nothing of “nipping” to Skeg Vegas for a days ride out. So this year, Steve has decided to raise some money by logging all of his miles, whether in the gym on the trails, or out and about pounding the roads.
Steve has done several cycling events like Coast to Coast in 2 days and riding in Holland, France and Belgium, taking advantage of the classic local ales in the evening!. As part of the V5000 Steve will be logging his ‘virtual progress’ on his Just Giving page, he is currently residing somewhere in mid-France on the most recent Log!
