Custom Enclosure Design

Many companies have great electronic products and house them in off the shelf enclosures, either for cost reasons or they don’t have the in-house expertise to design “a box to put it in”. This can limit the appeal of the product as it may have great functionality but limited visual appeal.

Since 1996 we have been designing enclosures for all types of applications and environments. A bespoke design allows you to focus on the user experience and enhance functionality of the product.

It allows flexibility in assembly by removing the constraints of limited assembly options of off the shelf enclosures thus reducing assembly cost and part count. Suitable IP and IK ratings can be achieved for the operating environment and the overall look and feel of the product can be enhanced.

New manufacturing techniques can be employed to reduce barriers to low volume production to allow runs in the 10’s rather than 1000’s. This has the advantage of further product development without large capital investment.
