We have built up long-term relationships we partners both in the UK and Far-East and have been involved with manufacturing transition for products utilising machining, fabrication, pressing, low and high volume tooling, rotational moulding, casting and production level rapid prototyping.
We specialise in the supply of fully toolable CAD data, and liaise closely with tooling manufacturers and moulders to ensure that the parts we develop are optimised for wall thickness, draft, tool ejection, shot weight, injection criteria, part consistency and cosmetic finish. We are particularly specialised in the development of family tooled and multi part in-body shared tooling, to reduce part count SKU’s and allow for snap out assembly.
Our partners provide full tooling, mold-flow and part analysis so you can be confident that production parts will meet your functional and aesthetic expectations. We have particular interest in correct material selection, not least in response to environmental concerns and to provide USP’s and product differentiation in increasingly style, and ecologically conscious markets.
